Took vehicle in to have engine light checked out. Was told would have to leave vehicle 3 to 5 days. Wasn’t aware of wait time. Was glad my wife was with me in other vehicle. Left car and returned later next day

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH The service

They said it was fixed Oct 3rd that it was the alignment so had to pay for that because they said that it was not covered only up to 7500 miles and it was already over that. So that same day we picked it up and within the next 2 days it was doing the same exact thing only this time it was popping when we would turn left or right and even reverse also wearing the tires from the inside as well call and said bring it back so we left it there Wednesday the 8th of October in the afternoon cause he was afraid something was seriously wrong with it so anyways they kept it and let us have a loaner with lots of restrictions and couldn't go back to work with it because we have lots of things in the back of the bed for work, anyways picked it up on Monday October 13th they said that it was their fault that there were bolts that were loose and everything would be fine so took it to work and by that Tuesday morning October 14th it was popping and the steering wheel was all out of alignment, so I called again and they told me bring it back again or take to another gmc/ chevy place which by this time my son is up in the panhandle and at least 3 to 4 hours away from home and in the area that has hardly any places. So anyway, nothing was actually resolved, and now I have a pickup that is almost 4 months old, and with 4 bad tires because they would not cover them!! When obviously something more serious is wrong with it. and I will not be taking any of my vehicles back there again. This is so wrong in so many ways!!
